Hello guys, i want to ask about those processor ..a8 7410 and i3 5005u

1.how much the different of performance of that 2 processor ?
in term of use: office, watch 1080p, ( how about 4k ? ), game (just for PES 2016 and other casual games)

2. and how about it will be used for Computer Science students of universty ?

NB:
spec 1: a8-7410, 4gb ram, 14 inch, around $310 in current curency
spec 2: i3-5005u, 4gb ram, 14 inch, araound $410 in current currency

if the difference of performance just 10-20% i want to take the amd one, because its cheaper
but if more than 20% should i buy the intel one ?

Which one i should buy ?

Thanks before and sorry for my bad english (its not my primary languange) :D

Solution
I have the AMD A8 6410.
1080P youtube videos work just fine but 1080p60 will have some stutter.
4K youtube videos is very choppy.
It can run 4k video if I'm not mistaken if downloaded first and open it with a video player such as Media Player Classic.(You can download the program called K-lite codec pack it has Media Player Classic.
The 128 GCN cores is not really meant for modern games but it should run casual games just fine.
Battery life it can last around 4 hours with a 2800 mAh battery.
If I were you I would go for the i3 5005u since it has stronger single core performance and it has better manufacturing process 14nm vs AMD 28nm.
If you are on a budget you can go for the AMD A8-7410 its a pretty decent CPU for the price I paid.

acctually i just want to (often, i mean) play full HD movie through HDMI connection to my TV, (so, it's just 1080p30, isn't it ? ) and your a8 6410 can play it smoothly ?

if yes, i will buy the amd one because its much cheaper and if there's no significance difference in office use :D

If it's normal 1080P and not 1080P 60 FPS then it should be fine.
The CPU is up to the task.
In office use you won't even notice a difference between an A8 or i3.
They are both plenty fast.

Actually, it is not the CPU core that decodes video. Instead, it is the graphics core that decodes video so that it can be played back. The CPU only decodes video if the video has been encoded with a codec that the graphics core was not designed to decode; like a new codec released a few years after the graphics core was designed. In that case the CPU core would be topping out at almost 100% usage since video decoding is extremely complex and the CPU core is not specific designed to handle video decoding.

In terms of graphics core performance, the Intel HD 5500 provided much better performance than the Radeon R5 (Corizzo-L); which is about as powerful as the Intel HD 4000 which is older than the HD 5500 by 2 generations. The Intel HD 5500 is capable of playing back 4k video @ 30 FPS.

i want to ask one more question, can i ?

i've a friend and she want to buy laptop also, she will use it for coding, compiling and programming stuff ...etc (as a student of computer science degree in university)

which laptop she should buy (a8 7410 or i3 5005u) ?

Between the two, i3. But I would encourage something that will boost to higher clock speeds for this applications, such as a laptop with the i5-5200u, or one with an even stronger processor.

Tell her to go for the i3.
The stronger single core core performance can be felt when compiling the code.
