About laptop problem

House lights and electricity off when I'm plugging my laptop.my laptop battery don't work before.so I removed it and I'm going to buy new one.yesterday i plugged my laptop but house light automatically off in main electric board.is it can danger?I tried it 3 times but not worked.what should I do? But in the past I used that wire cable code for charge my laptop.now it isn't available work

Almost certainly there is a short circuit; a laptop can not draw enough power to shut down your electricity. There is great danger, especially of a fire in the machine. Have it repaired or replace it.
