For Programming purposes i'd recommend you to go with the one which has a powerful and stronger Processor.
Also just to make you aware-Dont go for processors having "U"as suffix ex i7 6500U coz they are for Ultra low voltage which means Less power consumption on the cost of low performance.
You can opt for HQ or MQ series processors.
