Accessories for Sennheiser HD595

I've heard to get the full quality out of the HD595s you need a sound card or amplifier for them. Right now I have a recently built computer with integrated sound. I would buy a sound card but I've read many reviews saying they've had awful problems using them with Vista and Windows 7. Can anybody recommend anything guaranteed to improve quality w/o problems? Preferably less than $100??

You can get the ASUS Xonar DX or the ASUS Xonar D1, same card but the first one is on PCIex1 (or x4,x16) the second is on PCI. Depending on your motherboard free slots.
