Solved! Acer 5220

does any body know why my new battery acer extensa which was charged and disvharged for being calibrated, could not be charged more again.The battery icon shows that ac adopter is connected but not charging!?
The remain power is 0 and no more charging. Thanks

uh...that was strange..

try removing the battery and powercord altogether, but shut the computer down first

Put the battery back in and then plug it in. Don't turn the computer on. Is the battery light on orange, green or simply doesn't show up anything? It may take a short while (a few mins max, maybe) for the light to come on

If it does, turn on the computer and check the battery meter
