Hello,
WHATEVER KEY I PUSH IT TAKES ME TO THE MEDIA CENTER, SOMETIMES IT GOES THERE BY ITSELF AND THEN I CANNOT EXIT OUT OF THERE. MY LAPTOP ALSO WILL NOT LET ME MAKE A FULL BACKUP OR SYSTEM REPAIR DISK

Can you boot up in Safe Mode?
Keep tapping on the F8 key when you turn the power on till you see the Advanced Boot menu.

Still having the Media Center problem there?
