Acer 5542 overheats everytime

i have cleaned my cpy heatsink like 3 months ago but i overheats often when i play some games. are there any tips to stop the overgeating.

72C IDLE 😱
86C+ UNDER LOAD 😱 😱 😱 😱 😱 😱

you should take it apart and re apply thermal paste where the heatsinks touch cpu and gpu
