Acer 5733 Broken Motherboard

Followed this tutorial to remove dust from Acer 5733 and put it back together and it says it's chargering when I plug it in but it won't start with the power button even and I have tried doing a power drain and so on I really need help please give suggestions... By the way nothing happens at all when I press the power button...

Since it was taken apart, either there is a lose connection or something was broken, no way to know without actually having someone look at the laptop.
