acer 6920 8 cell battery replacement not charging.

Does anyone have a Working Acer 6920 with an 8 cell battery?

I have a Acer 6920 running windows 7 64-bit with a 6 cell battery. I bought a replacement 8 cell hoping to get more time on high performance while on battery.
I have bought and returned two ASO&B41, which is the 8 cell replacement for ASO7B31 6 cell. Both 8 cells came 70% charged. I installed them and let them run until 5% shut down. I plug in power and the the charging light (yellow) came on and for 24 hours in stays at 5%.

I have the latest bios v1.16, I cleaned the connections and I uninstalled and reinstalled windows battery software drivers. My old 6 cell charges to 100%.
I have checked and the ASO&B41, is is the 8 cell replacemets for ASO7B31 6 cell.

Before sending the second ASOB41 back does anyone have any thoghts, The seller is not helpful.
