acer aspire 5332 32 bit upgrade to 64 bit

i have a acer aspire 5332 these are the specs

celeron r dual core cpu t3000 @ 1.80 ghz 1.79 ghz
intel GL40
system type 32 bit operating system (i686)
3 gb ram
160 gb hhd

if i upgraded the cpu to intel pentium dual core t3400
and increased the ram to 4 GB

would it make it 64 bit

No, you would need to install a 64-bit OS. Upgrading the hardware wont make the OS 64-bit.

that's the problem i don't think it supports a 64 bit OS

Both cpu's in your post are 64-bit compatible. You wont be able to do an upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit you will have to do a clean reinstall of a 64-bit OS.
