Acer Aspire 5336

Just got my teen a new Aspire 5336. He was on "Facebook" and contracted a virus. Now the Aspire will only turn on to the F2 Setup screen. We can put in the password but it will only allow us to go to the Setup screen. Is there any way to reboot the system manually; seeing that there is no reboot disc? I'm trying to correct it before taking it to a technician, if at all possible.

This is something you should try. Make a recovery Disk from another PC and run that one.
Hope it works out fine!

Thank you for the input. The disc didn't help. May have to take it to a tech. Thank you anyway. It was worth a try.
