Acer aspire 5720z restore issue

I have an Acer Aspire 5720z and cant restore to factory settings using alt f10. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Does laptop still boots up to Windows?
- Click Start then All Programs and look for Acer eRecovery Management.
- From Acer eRecovery Management screen click on Restore, then click Completely Restore System to Factory Defaults.
- On the Confirmation screen, select Yes and click Start.

If it's not loading in Windows the only way to start it up is by pressing ALT + F10 and since it's not working already you may need to order a Recovery disk from Acer.
