Dear *,

I have an Acer Aspire 6920g, and the problem is following when booting into windows laptop enters in loop ( restart boot logo, restart boot...).

One thing if i pres the key to enter the BISO this is working and the laptop worked in BIOS for 2 days.

1) i tested in the memory with Memtest with no errors
2) i tested the graphic card with some software and no errors
3) i tried the graphic card and the memory in second 6920g and it worked
4) i think i also tested the CPU in other 6920g and it worked.
5) i also tested the HDD no errors
6) disconnected the DVD, WFI, Tvtuner module
7) removed the battery for bios

So I think it is the motherboards ? what do you think could cause this problem on the motherboard?

Best Regards.

Dear tycho68,

i tried with window 7 and windows 10 , but at some time when installing the laptop restarts itself. I think it restarts when the first screen appears where you push the install button.

I tried this 3 months ago, since then i didn't have time to solve the problem. I think maybe are the capacitors that are on the motherboard almost dead. Specific the capacitors that are on the voltage rail that supplies the graphic card, because when the logo appears at some time the graphic driver loads and i think in this time the laptop restarts.
