acer aspire 6935g power problem

silent click noise from the laptop.. Approx. 1 cklik per seconds.
the power 19.40 volt plunget to the matherbord but all the panel id dead.
i hold the main buton for a minute baut nothing.
the only thing is a silent sound seems like switch click noise 1 or 2 click /sec.
pls help!

I know you said you held the button for a minute did you try removing the battery from the laptop as it could still be in a power state preventing it from booting properly. Try disconnecting the power cable and then removing the battery from the laptop. Once done, leave both disconnected from the computer then hold down the power button for at least a minute. After you wait, put the battery back into the computer, connect the power cable, and try turning the computer on again. This has worked for some?

You could have loose or bad ram sticks try re-seating them
Failed hard drive or bad capacitors on your motherboard.
