Question Acer Aspire E5-475 : Battery not detected msg and working only when plugged in

Hi,
My acer aspire e5-474 shows battery not detected msg.
When plugged in: Yellow light appears for ~15 sec & then gets off. No blue light appearing
When power on with plugged in: After few seconds of yellow light it gets off and blue light appears. If power unplugged, lap gets shut down.

What I did so far:

1. Uninstalled battery drivers at DevMgr and restarted.
2. Held power button for ~10 sec and pushed battery reset pin for ~15 sec and restarted.

Nothing worked so far..
Lap usage: 4 years
Kindly help if there's anything I could do rather than replacing my battry !

hows your problem , is it solved ? ive encountered the same problem. also 4 years of usage

Nope, I went to the local Acer representing shop. They confirmed battry has to be replaced
