Acer Aspire 7551 Laptop Red Outline

I have any Acer Aspire 7551-7422 Laptop, when I turn it on it gives me a red outline/shadow around the acer logo. When I get to the login screen for windows 10 everything that should be blue is red. I've hooked it up to an external monitor and color is normal. I've changed the screen no difference. I changed the video cable twice and each time after about 20minutes or a few hours the red comes back. any suggestions?

Have you checked the settings? Even though you didn't intentionally change anything, that doesn't meany nothing got changed.

If you right click on an empty part of the desktop, in the task list that comes up click on "Personalize", then in the screen that loads click on "Display" in the lower left corner. You can also get there by going to "Control Panel" and clicking "Display".

On the left side of the "Display" screen click click "Calibrate Color". And follow the prompts.

If this doesn't help resolve it, you may want to open up the laptop and check to make sure the ribbon cable connecting the display isn't loose, damaged, bent, etc.

If neither of these resolves the problem, the display may be going.

Thank you, for your suggestion getting ready to open it back up and recheck cables. Will let you know what happens.
