Solved! Acer Aspire boot loop freeze v3-731

For me that doesnt work im trying it nothing happens i tried the solution with the power on and off that doesnt work either my . I see acer on my screen and then it Goes black with a white underscore on my upper left side of the screen !

Any USB devices connected or DVD inserted? Remove and try booting again

Probably your hard drive or OS is not working correctly. Boot with an install media of Windows and try repair options from there.

That isnt working im on my acer recovery mode right now and when i select system repair it repairs it but doesnt work same freeze at start up after it !! When i press restore this pc with deleting or without deleting files it says there s a problem with resetting this laptop ! What can i do ?

get a windows install media by using microsoft media creation tool, use an USB flashdrive to get it bootable with this tool and after windows is successfully installed on this stick, boot your laptop with it .

Hello ,

The advice u just gave me isnt possible its stuck on a black screen with a white - on the left upper side after the acer start up screen and when i get to the recovery mode it doesnt let me reset it says something went wrong while resetting can u please help me im gonna get a lott of troubles if i dont fix the laptop

Hi,

At the Acer startup screen press the key "F2" several times till you get into BIOS.
Enable the boot menu or change the boot priority to your connected USB drive there
