my keyboard doesn't work if i click the enter key the backslash appears on the screen what should be the problem?

Stuck/broken/dirty keys is the most likely thing if those are the only ones with an issue.

No way to know without actually looking at the laptop. Remove the keys and check on them, possibly re-seating the keys may do it. If it's an issue deeper in the keyboard that won't fix it though and you may need to replace it.
