acer aspire e5-475g battery not detected

hi,
my acer aspire e5-475g shows battery not detected and wont charging..i've tried reset the battery using the battery reset pin hole but still no success.
i've tried removing the HD&Ram cover and now my battery are detected again (without the cover) ..but i've noticed after several hours of charging, my battery level still stuck at 0% available(plugged in,charging)..
please help...

Sounds like you may need a new battery.
