Acer Aspire microphone not working. Help?

i have a acer aspire 5750 model laptop and i dont know what happin now becoze the microphone is not working when i used skype or anyother video calling sources it is a builtinn microphone it was working before if u please help me out . thank you very much

Go to Control Panel>Sound then select the Recording tab. Make sure your microphone is there and active and go thru the configuration process.

Programs like Skype also have a configuration process to adjust the microphone
