acer aspire one 10 s1002 keyboard issue

my acer 10 switch doesnt recognize the dock keyboar and hardisk, this just happen one moment to other, could you helme with this

Hi,

When you say dock keyboard are you referring to the built in keyboard of your laptop? Is the laptop not booting up in Windows as well since you mentioned that the HDD isn't detected as well? Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will not work do connect an external USB keyboard onto your laptop and see if it will work by trying to load it in BIOS.
- If it will load in BIOS that means the built in keyboard is broken. While you're in BIOS do also check the HDD if it's listed or not.
- Do also contact ACER support if the laptop is still under the factory warranty.

Not a hardware issue, I'm sure. ACER is not addressing this properly.
