acer aspire one ...no bootable device

please help this laptop doesnt hv a cd drive to insert disk

No bootable device may mean no hard drive is installed, or that there is one but it's not the first boot priority - which you can set up in BIOS easily. Is it able to boot off of a USB drive? What are you trying to do?
