Aser Aspire V 13 V3-372-518V does not boot beyond logo. No loading circle, no beeps, no reaction to AltF10, or battery detachment, F12x60sec, F1, 2, 8, neither can I access recovery or "BIOS". No new programm was installed, was not connected to the Internet. Only response is to Ctrl+Alt+Del: logo disappears for black screen and then appears again (as many times, as you want).

Something is causing the laptop to not complete POST, possibly the hard drive or memory. Try pulling any storage drives out and then boot the laptop; if it progresses into BIOS or boot menus, you know what you have to replace.
