Acer aspire v3-571 bluetooth

friends,
my laptop is not able to send or received files via bluetooth. few months back when I bought it was working fine. I tried to reinstall the driver yesterday , but it became worse. Now my OS (windows 8) not showing bluetooth (on/off) button as earlier and also the right click 'send via bluetooth' is aslo disappeared. When trying to reinstall the driver, error "administrator policies cant allow install this software" comes. Please help.

Fn+F3 key is showing bluetooth icon is system tray, but laptop cant detect my mobile Or any other devices cant detect the laptop

No, still cant reinstall bluetooth suite. getting same error of software policies.

it did not work. so reinstalled the OS

Completely off topic but I wanted to ask someone who had the same model as me.

I'm having a few issues with sound from the internal speaker. Basically there doesn't appear to be any bass. On the dolby eq, the last three faders on the low end are completely unresponsive. When I plug in headphones or put the laptop through my stereo however, there is a clear difference.

Can you let me know if yours is the same?
