Acer Aspire V5-131 won't power on after screen replacement

Acer Aspire V5-131 won't power on after screen replacement. Had to replace the screen, now won't power up, power button flashes blue for few seconds then nothing. Any suggestions?

Something did not get connected properly or got broken during the screen replacement. Not a lot of details to go into here since it's pretty clear when this happened but as to exactly WHAT happened, could be a ton of things. Open up the system and check the connections and assembly again.
