Acer E15 E5-574G-507E, battery indicates 100%, but laptop went off when unplug the power.

Hi,
Acer E15 E5-574G-507E, battery indicates 100%, but laptop went off when unplug the power & no fan working. I have reset the battery switch which is located backside of the laptop and tapped couple of times on back cover (for fan), but the problem remains same.

It was working and all of sudden it happened. any idea or suggestion to rectify this issue. Since the warranty expired a month ago.

The power LED remains blue when plugin power cable.

last night it was worked more than two hours, and this morning about an hour without power cable plugged into the system. Failure was happened all of sudden. Verified with Acer care center, (battery testing) and it states battery is good. Besides, the fan is not working since morning.
