in my Acer laptop aspire v3 471 screen blacks out after showing acer logo only. i have tried the charge flash out also by removing battery and holding power key. but it didnt worked. can someone help. Thanks in advance

Hi,

Have you tried powering the laptop without the battery connected? If that won't work please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Try to boot the laptop into Safe Mode.
- From a complete shut down, turn it back on and keep tapping on F8 repeatedly until it shows Advanced Boot Options.
- Select Safe mode and press Enter.
- If loads Safe Mode, disable all your startup items.
- Press CTRL + ATL + DEL and select Task Manager then go to Startup tab.
- Disable all your startup items then reboot the laptop
- If it doesn't load Safe Mode go back to Advance Boot Options
- Select "Last Known Good Configuration" and press Enter.
