i need to take a picture with my laptop but when i open acer crystal eye, nothing happens, HELP!!!

You need to install the driver of your webcam first to make it work properly. Download and install the driver from ACER support site Here's the link: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers. Use the model number of your laptop so it would give out the most accurate driver for your laptop.
