Acer laptop charging issue

I have acer e5 573 laptop and I'm not exactly sure what the problem is so here's a gif of it.

This was taken with the laptop sitting on a flat surface not moving the laptop or charger. I can kinda get it to charge by move the cable into a twisted position but this only works temporally.

I've used a different charger, replaced the battery, updated the bios, done a clean install of windows, replaced the power socket cable, reinstalled the battery drivers and pressed the battery reset button on the underside of the computer. So I have no clue as to what the problem is and how to solve it, any ideas?

Sounds like the power port inside the laptop isn't meeting up with the cable from the charger well enough to charge the battery.

A job for a steady handed professional PC Fixer but it shouldn't cost much.
