My Acer aspire v3-571g recently went belly up and refuses to post on start. I attempted many solutions including a hard bios update but nothing has work. Instead i shopped for a new motherboard.

This is the exact same model as the one in my broken laptop, but i also saw there was the same model but with a gt730m instead of a gt630m.

They share all the same chipset barring the graphics chip, would i be able to use my old cpu and laptop parts on this new motherboard?

Took a look at the site for those MB's. With the advertised information I'd say it would probably work, same cpu socket, same chipset, only thing I don't like is the disclaimer on the 2nd one "***TECH NOTE: Please match exact part number to ensure compatibility." Looks like neither is available according to the site as well. When it comes to laptops I'd try to stick with direct replacement, hard to tell what subtle hardware or firmware changes could be between the boards and could cause it not to operate as expected.
