Acer laptop not boot after bios

Hello, i have Acer laptop with problem. When i first press power button, it turns on normally, but when i restart it wont. It shutts off instead. And then when i press power button, it starts but turns off immediately. when i press second time it starts but after Acer logo show only black screen with backlight. Nothing happens. Sometimes, when it lays on table for couple of minutes, it is starting normal again, sometimes it takes some hours to wait.

It is not hdd, not ram

maybe it has run out of battery?
also, since this is a laptop, it might be a good idea to contact acer about this

It is an old acer laptop, manufactured in 2008. It is not battery, since it is almost dead and i use it only with AC.

even if it's not covered by the warranty, they might know something that you may not find here.
can you boot with a usb?

Same problem with usb or cd or hdd. I wonder if it might be cpu.

maybe, i'm not very good with laptops,
try taking it to a local shop
also, bear in mind that there are not many repairs that can be done on a laptop inexpensively
