acer laptop not getting in to os

while laptop turned on showing to enter setup press F2 while pressed F2 showing entering setup but not entering still. then removed HDD and oned then pressed F2 its entered the setup. after then inserts the HDD then same issue is appeared.... kindly please resolve this issue.

right now I would say your HDD is dead which means you lost everything on it unless you have saved your data on another device. connect the drive as an external via usb drive enclosure or as a secondary drive internally in another computer to see if the drive is truly dead or not.
