Hello,
This Acer Aspire 4720z, model z01 will not complete the restore process. It comes up with...restore fail reasion:
OXaOOOOOOO. And Media test failure check cable. And operating system not found, but the windows system disk seem to have loaded, so when it prompts for the restore disks this is what it comes back with...Thanks

Your hard disk may be damaged. Consider running a hard disk diagnostic. The Ultimate Boot CD has a good few of them.
