Hello,
ofter i change my hard drive and reinstall window 7 my touch pad doesn't function as a multi touch pad anymore.

You'll have to go to your computer manufacturer's website and download the appropriate W7 driver for the touch bad (or Vista driver if they do not have a W7 driver).

install the driver, as well as any other drivers you forgot about
