My sister has a 10 inch Acer Aspire One netbook and its 3 months old.
She has already had her battery replaced as it was faulty, and now the damn thing is making weird noises after 1hr 30mins.
I posted a link to an MP3 file, in which i recorded the beeping sounds.
My main guess is that the HDD is faulty too - while beeping, the netbook is unresponsive and suddenly opens 3 or 4 tasks it has been given before it stopped responding.
If you dont hear anything than you have to pump up the volume.
