my acer notebook e3-111 wont turn on but the charging light on the right is on (blue light)

remove the power cord and press the power button about 30seconds

you can try removing the battery connection to the motherboard and do the same again

then just use the power cord without the battery. If it works, the battery might be faulty

if not, the motherboard could be defective

any devices plugged in? remove all and try powering on
