Acer One Issue

Hello,

I am trying to fix someone's Acer netbook. It is an Acer One KAV60. It will not boot up and no LED lights illuminate when it is plugged in. I have tried with and without the battery. We have tried two power adapters. I replaced the DC jack, but that didn't make any difference either. What would cause this and what should I try next?
