Solved! Acer Predator 15 not turning on without charger

I just bought my laptop in February and have been using it since then. last night, I left it on charge like usually i do after work. In the morning when i tried turning it on without the charger it didnt turn on. but would turn on as soon as its connected to its charger.
i tried taking out the battery and reinserting it but the problem still persists. kindly help as I PAID A LOT FOR THIS LAPTOP!

Once it is connected and you are able to turn it on, have you tried removing it once it is started up? If so, what does it do? Shut down immediately?

What does the percentage read/report?

Contact the manufacturer. If you just bought it 3 months ago, new, then it should be under warranty.

These things are not cheap. I would contact Acer support for this, it sounds like either the battery failed or the main board is malfunctioning.
