acer product registration

I'm not sure if my product is registered or not. Today I tried to go into product registration. It asked for my ACER e-mail-I have a regular email address but that doesn't seem to be what they want. I also need a password-if I everhad one I don't remember what it is.

You do NOT NEED to register it...just turn registration off...
