Make sure you get a USB that is preferabbly 8GB or more. Delete all the contents from it.
You will download a very big iso file. Once the download is done use the following program imgburn.
Burn the iso to the usb. Go to your acer computer and boot to bios. Find an option where it says boot from usb.
You will then see windows 7 installation instructions. Follow the instructions and you should be done
