acer switch one 10 won't turn on

Hello. My acer switch must have went to sleep mode while inactive and now won't turn on. I have tried holding down the power button for 30 seconds, as well as holding the power/volume up button at the same time. Is there anything I can do to reset it or something?

Carefully remove the back panel then remove the battery and see if it starts on mains power only. Sometimes a battery can be so dead as to be unable to pass power through itself.

Can you give more details about he device so I can move this thread out of Laptops into a section where you can get better help.
