Acer travelmate spin B chrashing

Hi, my school has got these acer travelmate spin B, and my PC is randomly just chrashing, if IT chrashing once , IT will chrashing rapidly every in 2 minutes after starting,. Sometimes they actually work like 2/7 days a week. Our technical support is so bad that they do not know the issue although they have Bern working on a for for over a year

If the laptops belong to the school they need to fix it, or replace it. Was a clean Windows setup done? Change RAM? Make sure fan/heatsink/thermal paste was cleaned/replaced?
