Acer V15 Nitro screen is blank

I have a acer v15 laptop which does not display anything. I have reseat the ram and bios. The laptop switches on and FAN get really high with no display even on external monitor. I have also tested with a new board which gives the same problems...Please Advice what else could be done.

Have you tested and/or replaced the graphics card?
