Acer vs. Lenovo?

hey guys, im trying to figure out which laptop to buy. The main pulling points are the price, and the gtx 630m.

screen res is not a problem either, just something that can play games coming out in the next year or 2.

If you wanna play games for the next year or 2 you don't want a 630m, you'll want at least a 650/660 minimal.

The 630m is starting to struggle with newer games already. I was gonna go the 630m route, but now for an extra 100 quid I can get a 660m, so it makes alot more sense and that shouldd last another year or 2 at least.

could you guys suggest lower cost laptops that have the 660m or 650m, i just don't want to spend over 750-800

This is 100 over your budget but definitely will last you 2 years, so it's worth the little extra investment imo

do you think it would be best to wait until black friday/ cyber monday to get a deal on it? or would it not really make a difference?

I have no idea, but 900 isnt far from 800 you were going to spend, isn't 100 bucks worth an extra year of gaming?

that it is, im just not sure, being that my last acer(5542) just bricked i need a laptop for the rest of the semester, would take a huge chunk out of my fin. aid, but there again in no less than 3-4 months i would be getting more back for spring. its just a matter of do i really want to buy it?

quick question on the y580, could i install a FHD screen in the future, or is that a no? i've seen y580's with FHD so it should just be a simple swap, should it not?
