Activate sim for a tracking device

I have 3 dogs and purchased 3 Rj star trackers I need to activate 3 SIM cards I do not want 3 cell phone numbers

Each tracker must have a unique reference and a SIM card is the best way to do it. Without that, you could follow any dog for days only to find it isn't yours when you catch up with it.
