I am looking to find a good AD blocker software that is safe to use. Say I watch a video on MSN and there is a Advertisement prior to watching the video. I have heard there is a Ad blocker you can download to block it so you wont get commercials online.

That generally won't work because sites like HULU will not play the video if they detect an adblocker has been installed. An adblocker will however prevent most other ads from showing up in general web pages.
