Adapters To Recover Data From Laptop

Will these adapters work to recover data from my laptop's Seagate Momentus 4200.2 hard drive?

Maybe, but I don't have much confidence in generic stuff shipping from China. You could instead get a new or used external enclosure for a 2.5" (laptop) parallel ATA drive and just plug the laptop drive into that and then the enclosure into a working computer for data recovery. An external enclosure that is PATA internally and SATA externally (instead of just USB) may yield more direct access to the drives for advanced software to use.
