Add a verizon tower in my area

We need a Verizon tower added to the western edge of outagamie county near new london wisconsin.
Verizon serves to the waupaca county line but are roaming on the Element mobile tower from New London
as a result of roaming off of that old alltel tower which is now element mobile the speed and service is poor
at best. Verizon needs a tower off of hwy 54 and old 54 roads about 3 miles east of new london. The closest
Verizon tower is Shiocton Wi, 7 miles away...

I'll get a shovel and some metal, if you bring the welding equipment. Oh, and a check for a couple of 100,000 to get it installed.
