How do you add a home Depo gift card as the payment method into a visa debit card

Contact your visa issuing bank, but I don't think you can add gift card

You can't, a gift card is only good for the store it's from. If you want to find a way to use that Homedepo card for normal purchases, sell it on craigslist or somewhere.
