Help!! How do I install NFC to a Samsung 10.1 tablet to allow me to print directly from my tablet?

You can't install NFC, either your tablet has the required hardware for NFC or it doesn't.
There's no mention of NFC on the product page: http/www.samsung.com/global/microsite/galaxytab/10.1/spec.html

Your tablet does support "WiFi Direct" for, amongst other things, printing directly to a wireless printer.
